What to know for your first class

Conditioning and Fitness is a functional fitness class that allows the participant to push themselves to the next level.  Movements target multiple areas and participants see improvements quickly.  Coaches take great care to teach each movement correctly and to monitor clients to ensure they seek to have good form at all times.

Some of the movements that we do include: front squats, deadlifts, pull ups, push ups, rope climbs, running, box jumps, rowing and bike riding.  Every class is different and together with the program members see improvements in their functional fitness and personal goals.

You will notice during class that everyone is keen to help and motivate one another, Conditioning and Fitness classes are social classes.  No matter what level you are at, they will cheer you on.  Whether you come first or last, there is always someone running beside you, helping you to achieve your goals.

No pressure to set new goals, but we know that you want to be here and we want to help you enjoy Conditioning and Fitness every time you attend.
