We love to provide more than a gym and as such some of our great services include delicious coffee, a selection of cold drinks, iceblocks, protein, health bars and more.
Our most loved service is our Creche which is available for kids up to the age of 6. Our staff all have working with children checks with 2 staff caring for your children every day. Our space includes countless toy, slide, lego, giant building blocks, books and more.
Current hours are:
9.15am – 10.45am Monday to Friday
8am – 9.45am Saturday
$5 for first child, $1 per extra child in same family
Shift work? Kids at home? 24 hour access gives you the freedom to workout when you need to. Come in after hours, before work, during your lunch break, the choices are plenty.
