What to know for your first Teens class

The Teens class is all about increasing their strength and stamina.  Classes include weights, ropes, bars and more, it is constantly changing and challenging.

Teens is aerobics, sports and strength combined, incorporating your entire body. If you’re just starting out, you’ll be given low-impact options that’ll tailor each workout to your fitness level.
