What to know for your first Fitness Fundamentals class

The Fitness Fundamentals is all about keeping healthy by using the gym equipment well. By learning how to use each piece of equipment you will feel confident in using them in your own time.  You will learn how to make the most out of your time at the gym!

Active Over 50’s is aerobics, sports and strength combined, incorporating your entire body at a level that is comfortable for you. If you’re just starting out, you’ll be given low-impact options that’ll tailor each workout to your fitness level.
