What to know for your first Suspension + class

Suspension + is a class that allows the participant to stretch their limits in a safe, manageable way.  Movements are at a pace chosen by you and at a level you are comfortable with.  Careful instructions are given and you are always under the watchful eye of the instructor.  Movements target multiple areas and participants see improvements quickly.
