A gentle, chair-based exercise class designed to improve strength, flexibility, joint mobility, balance and circulation.

Perfect for older adults, those with mobility challenges, or anyone looking for a low impact workout. This class focuses on safe and effective movements to boost overall well-being.

Seniorclasses-6 smaller

Using light hand weights, resistance bands, bean bags and balls, we’ll gently build strength and co-ordination, all while listening to great music that keeps the energy fun and uplifting.

A 45 minute class

Class will run as an initial 4 week block. 

After class, stay and enjoy a free coffee while socialising with our friendly community at Caves Beach Gym!
