What to know for your first Restart class

Restart is different every class.  The instructor will choose moves and exercises that suit the class.  Most classes will use body weight and perhaps a few pieces of equipment such as a dumbell or kettle bell.  Good sneakers are a must and so is a towel and water.

Restart is aerobics, sports and strength combined, incorporating your entire body. If you’re just starting out, you’ll be given low-impact options that’ll tailor each workout to your fitness level.
