What to know for your first Circuit class

Circuit is a fast paced class that allows the participant to stretch their limits in a safe, manageable way.  Exercise stations provide differentiation and are able to be aimed at specific muscles and areas. Careful instructions are given and you are always under the watchful eye of the instructor.  Movements target multiple areas and participants see improvements quickly.
